What’s Gigglebot?

Gigglebot is an iOS app for instantly creating and sending goofy images to your friends, without leaving iMessages. Powered by generative AI, your imagination is the only limit!

Is Gigglebot free?

Gigglebot is free to install, and you’ll always get a daily allowance of free credits. If you want to use more than the free daily allowance, you’ll have to buy a credit pack or subscription from within the app (tap the Gear icon in the upper-right of the iOS app). The cost goes to running our servers and making your images fast & easy!

How do I get the image I want?

Be descriptive, and try wording your prompt like the caption of a news photo- rather than just “puppy” try “puppy in a cowboy hat sitting in a church”. To change the style, use prefixes like “Photorealistic…”, “Photo of…”, “Animated…”, “Cartoon…”

For more fanciful images, it might be easier for the AI to create an “Animated…” or “Cartoon…” image than a “Photo of…” as there aren’t too many photos of a dragon making smores around a campfire! ;)

 Technical FAQs

  • Unfortunately, iMessage Extensions don’t allow for easy downloading of received images. For now, the best way of saving a favorite image is to take a screenshot.

  • From your home screen, launch Gigglebot. Select the image you want to save. In the “share” button, select the “save to photos” option. Allow Gigglebot to save to your photo roll.

  • There are some issues with iMessage Extension support in some versions of iOS, which can result in messages showing up as a small gray empty bubble. Upgrade your phone to the latest iOS and make sure your Gigglebot App is updated.
